Tradera offers a three-day (72 hour), satisfaction guarantee on all initial fees paid to the company minus a standard $5 processing fee on the transaction. All subsequent fees are nonrefundable.
When purchasing a membership and/or a subscription with Tradera, you are required to certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy, privacy policy, terms & conditions, policies & procedures, and income disclaimer.
Upon purchase, you agree to pay for the chosen services on a four week (exactly 28 days), subscription-based billing cycle and for Tradera to charge your account for any purchased services as well as any additional fees that may be accrued by your purchase including, but not limited to, taxes, fees, etc. Prices for our services may change at any time, and the services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event that price is reduced, increased, or changed in any way. You are responsible for the timely payment of all costs and for providing Tradera with a valid payment method for all costs. Any and all transactions conducted are final.
You may view your next billing date for any and all of your Tradera subscriptions at any time from your personal Tradera backoffice. If you need further clarity on how to do so, there are detailed instructions provided in the Member Support FAQ which is also located in your personal Tradera backoffice. You are responsible for cancelling your membership in a timely manner prior to your next billing date. Previously completed payments are non-refundable unless applicable to our initial three-day satisfaction guarantee. You must contact Tradera Member Support at [email protected] to cancel your membership and any associated subscriptions.
If you elect to receive a refund from Tradera, you will not be eligible to re-register with us for at least six (6) months from the date that your refund is initiated. Tradera’s services revolve around the release of intellectual property and often involve independent contractor commissions, so in effort to protect ourselves we strictly abide by our refund policy and do not make exceptions.
